Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refundable / Cancellable Status

  • Services & Digital Products
    All payments made to Whale Consulting (www.whale-consulting.com) are final and non-refundable once processed, unless a money-back guarantee has been explicitly stated in your contract at time of purchase.

  • Physical Products (if any)
    Any physical product offerings will be noted as refundable at the point of sale and are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Conditions to Qualify

  • Refunds

    • Only available if a money-back guarantee is expressly specified in your signed contract.

    • You must provide valid proof that the guarantee terms were not fulfilled (e.g., signed deliverable acceptance certificates, progress reports).

  • Returns

    • We generally do not accept returns for services or digital products.

    • Physical products may be returned only if (a) the product description explicitly states “returnable,” and (b) the item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Cancellations

    • For recurring subscriptions or scheduled project work, you must submit a cancellation request at least 30 days before the next billing cycle or project milestone.

    • Once a service is delivered or a digital asset is accessed/downloaded, that portion is non-cancellable.

3. How to Initiate
To request a refund, return or cancellation, please submit all of the following in writing to:

  1. Your full name, company/project name, and invoice number.

  2. A brief description of the service or product.

  3. The reason for your request (and proof of non-fulfillment for refunds).

  4. For returns of physical products, include photos of the unopened packaging.

4. Processing Timeline
Once we receive your complete request:

  • Acknowledgment: within 2 business days

  • Review & Approval: within 7 business days of receipt

  • Refund / Return Completion: if approved, refunds or return authorizations will be processed within 7–14 business days of approval. Funds will be returned via the original payment method.

5. Shipping / Delivery Policy

  • Digital Deliverables & Services

    • All digital products (PDFs, templates, software access) and service deliverables (reports, consultations) are made available via secure links or client portal.

    • Access details are emailed within 24–48 hours of purchase or project kickoff.

  • Physical Products (if applicable)

    • Standard shipping timelines and costs are disclosed at checkout.

    • Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

    • Returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
